Why am I a Beachbody Coach?
I want to strive to be the best version of myself, physically, mentally and spiritually and live the life I imagine while inspiring others to do the same.
Since I started using Beachbody products in November 2013 I began to reflect upon my life especially in the last few years, and quickly realized I was already on the fast track to being a better person and I began to realize how Beachbody was changing my life. But, how could Beachbody really change my life? Let me tell you how:
1. Support: Upon joining, I immediately had access to a network of supportive, positive, healthy people who believe in changing their lives and others.’ We are a team, meaning we root for each other and help each other succeed!
2. Nutrition: I started using the Beachbody products with Shakeology as my nutritional supplement and Turbo Fire as my fitness program. I signed up for a “Challenge Pack” which got me the monthly supply of Shakeology and the program at a discounted price. After one week of the program and drinking Shakeology, I felt better. I has more energy, and my mood improved.
3. A Fitness Routine: With the weekly schedules already printed telling you which workouts to do and drinking one Shakeology per day, it is so easy for me to stay on track with my workouts and nutrition. Beachbody just simplified what I was building up in my head to be too much work. With everything planned out and ready to hit the ground running, it made it easy to take control of my life and stick to my routine.
4. A Positive Outlook: I started doing “personal development” (something I had never really focused on before) meaning that I started reading and thinking about ways I could become a better person from the inside out, and with the coaching opportunity, I could empower and encourage others to do the same!
5. Financial Opportunity: I have the opportunity in front of me to pay off my debt with the coaching business opportunity. I have been able to leave my corporate job and have the FREEDOM to stay home with my baby son, which is MORE than I could have asked for or dreamed of!
In addition to using Beachbody products and having such a positive experience with them so quickly, I share this with family and friends who might have the same fitness and nutrition goals. I feel empowered to help them lose weight, get healthy and simply live the life they imagine!
